The MICROCAM™ 2,
2S, 2C, 2+12 and 2C+12 are subminiature,
fully integrated, ultra-durable machined from solid aluminum bar stock,
waterproof closed circuit video cameras which are mounted on the end of
a
section of LocLine flex coupling for rapid field deployment. They are
designed
to be held, mounted over or pushed into an appropriate sized cavity
opening to
determine the condition, quantity, behavior etc. of the inhabitants or
for
other close monitoring applications where small camera size is
appropriate. The
integral illuminators are designed to provide sufficient illumination
to view
subjects in total darkness at distances up to 3.3 ft. (1 meter)
depending on
subject and background reflectivity.
All monochrome
systems are fitted with an
infrared longpass filter system is to simplify focusing and greatly
improve the
sharpness of images recorded both day and night.
All MICROCAMS
are powered by 12 VDC and are
completely interchangeable among styles.
MICROCAMS
2s HAVE A THREE YEAR WARRANTY
The
design of the MICROCAM 2 makes it physically impossible to disassemble
the
system for repair of the electronic circuitry in the camera, the power
supplies
and the LED's. The
system has a THREE
year warranty and is
covered for everything except physical damage.
It is "burned in" for a minimum of 72 hours
before
assembly. If a unit
is returned to us
after the expiration of the warranty and is found to be unrepairable
for
electronic reasons, we will sell a new unit to you at the then current
price
less a discount of 25%. If
the system
is purchased with the sapphire lens or any mounting system option and
if it is
usable, it will be fitted to the new camera at no charge.

on a 10 or 15 meter (33 or 50 ft) calibrated fiberglass extension pole
with a
fitted 3/4" LocLine cantilever adapter for all angle adjustment with
internal cable and short weatherproof flying lead for cable attachment

interchangeability. Cable connectors can be locked together or fitted
with
masking tape strip to allow "pull apart" as desired should the cable
become
entangled in a branch etc.
A
stainless steel eyebolt on the top of the pole allows attachment of
up to two 1/8" Dacron guylines 18
m (60 ft. supplied) for safety and control purposes. Additional safety
accessories supplied are a size adjustable hard hat, safety goggles
with Lexan
lenses and the pole base is fitted with custom basemount cup and dome
